TUBIZE (Belgium) ``Quartier des Confluents``

On the site of the former Clabecq forges, SAMFI-INVEST and its local partners will contribute to the conversion of the new Quartier des Confluents which covers an area of more than 10 hectares in TUBIZE.

Unique in Europe, the construction of a new outlet complex will start in early 2020, with an opening scheduled for 2022. It will be able to accommodate 80 brand stores, over an area of 13,000 m2.

NICE – GRAND ARENAS

In the heart of the planned international business district, SAMFI-INVEST will build a 36,200 m2 property complex of offices, residential units, hotels and public amenities:

– a 4* tourist residence with 136 units;
– a 228-apartment student residence;
– a 148-unit retirement residence;
– 920 m2 of office space;
– 17 commercial premises;
– 149 residential units, 52 of them social housing.
