French legislation applies to this contract. Failing the amicable resolution of any dispute arising between the parties, the courts within the district of the Court of Appeal of the city of Caen have sole jurisdiction.

ARTICLE 12: Posting by the User

The website allows members to post comments. In their postings, members undertake to comply with the rules of Netiquette and the legal rules currently in force.
